Most of our orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after being placed except for Weekends & Public Holidays. If an item is not in stock but is paid for then we ship as soon as they are available.
SHIPPING METHODS:
We use Canada Post as our shipping option as well as USPS (for USA) and Royal Mail (for UK). There are 3 types of shipping options that we provide and the rates depend on the Province or Country that you reside. Shipping within Canada starts at ONLY $4.95 (CAD). Shipping for International Destinations start at ONLY $4.95 (CAD)!. We currently ship to anywhere in Canada, USA, Europe, Australia & Asia.
Types Offered: For the USA we have enhanced shipping options. Currently we are offering shipping that includes tracking starting at ONLY $4.95
For Other Countries you can get tracking & insurance if you choose XpressPost. If you choose Air Mail Parcel then there is insurance on it but no tracking and if you choose Small Packet Air, it does not come with tracking either.
REGULAR Shipping Option Within Canada does NOT have a time guarantee so if you need something on time or earlier please opt for Expedited or Xpresspost. During busy seasons like Christmas delivery can take longer than expected which we have NO control over.
PLEASE NOTE: If you opt for REGULAR Shipping then packaging might be modified to maintain high costs
ORDER ARRIVAL:
Most orders arrive within 7-14 days of them getting shipped out (Canada, USA, UK & Western Europe). FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Takes 3-6 WEEKS They may arrive earlier depending on the shipping method chosen. Other factors might delay transit times depending on the situation. Please note that our cheapest shipping option does not include insurance or tracking. If you need insurance or tracking then please opt for Expedited or Xpress shipping methods. My Gaming Mart is not responsible for paying Duty and other levies that your respective country may impose on your item nor are we liable for lost packages unless customer opts for Expedited shipping, Xpress shipping or Insured shipping options.
WARRANTY POLICIES:
We offer Warranty on most of our products for 90 days from the date of purchase after which we do not take responsibility (some products vary - please read below). We attach a "My Gaming Mart" Hologram on each product we sell, the Warranty will be VOID if it is removed or pried off. Please read our Return Policy below or Contact Us to find out ways on returning & exchanging any defective items

ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON SUPERCARD PRODUCTS:
We are proud to be an Authorized Reseller for the SuperCard Team here in Canada and thus if you purchase a SuperCard product from us (SuperCard DS One, SuperCard DS ONEi or SuperCard DSTWO) then you are eligible to receive a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from the day of purchase. We will replace the defective SuperCard product provided it is ONLY a Software glitch - we will in NO WAY WHATSOEVER replace it if it has been physically damaged in any way or if the "My Gaming Mart" Hologram has been removed
REFUND & RETURN POLICY:
We take great care in offering quality items. We will only exchange an item if it is found to be defective and not tampered with or with no physical damage.
Do contact us beforehand so that we can provide info on how you can get your item exchanged. All exchanges can be done on only the SAME product purchased and should be done within 90 days of receiving it (PS3 USB Dongles carry different warranties - please see above for list).
Please DO NOT remove the "My Gaming Mart" Hologram that comes attached to each product we sell. We reserve the right to refuse or impose 20% restocking fee for return of an item that is damaged or packaging is incomplete. The buyer takes full responsibility of shipping costs to us and return.
Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable unless it has not been shipped yet.
